Summer program enrolment
Summer program is open to current QUT students, students from other universities and the general public. It enables you to complete a unit over the summer break.
Advantages of studying over the summer break include:
- studying continuously from the end of Semester 2 to the start of Semester 1 the following year
- diversifying your studies
- experiencing tertiary education before commencing formal studies
- focusing on a single unit.
Dates for summer program
The Summer program is a shortened teaching period usually from late November to last weeks of February. Summer Program units will be offered in the following teaching periods:
- SUM-1: For units commencing in November and completed in December
- SUM-2: For units commencing in January and completed in February
- SUMMER: For units commencing in November and completed in February.
